1. What makes your products different?

All of my herbal products are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients. I combine traditional herbal knowledge with current research to ensure each formula is safe, effective, and thoughtfully made.

 

2. Are your products safe to use with medications?

While I focus on herbs that are generally considered safe, everyone's body and medication history is different. I recommend consulting a healthcare provider before using herbal remedies alongside prescription medications.

 

3. Are your products approved by the FDA?

No. Herbal products are considered dietary supplements and are not approved or evaluated by the FDA. However, I follow Good Manufacturing Practices and do my best to ensure safety and transparency.

 

4. Do you offer custom formulations or consultations?

Not at this time, but I’m currently studying to become a clinical herbalist. Custom blends and consultations may become available in the future as I complete my training.

 

5. How should I store my products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Most products are best used within 6 to 12 months, depending on the preparation.

 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Right now I only ship within the United States. I'm working on expanding shipping options in the future.

 

7. Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Always check with your healthcare provider before using herbal products during pregnancy or lactation. Some herbs may not be suitable during these times.

 

8. Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?

Many of my products are vegan and none are tested on animals. Ingredients are listed clearly on each item page so you can choose what’s right for you.

 

9. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Due to the nature of herbal products, I can’t accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
